Makes: as many sausages as you use
You will need:-
o Your favourite small sausages or cocktail sausages
o 1 jar of mango chutney
o 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
How to make
1. These are so easy to make. All you need are your favourite sausages. We get our butcher to make his famous Weobley Whoppers up into smaller less
whopperish versions’. Cocktail sausages are perfect for this.
2. Line a roasting tin with Bake-O-Glide or baking parchment. Lay out the sausages Put in the roasting oven on the second set of runners and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until nicely browned.
3. When cool, empty the jar of chutney over the top of them. Make sure the sausages are coated in the chutney and sprinkle over half the sesame seeds.
4. Serve on a plate and sprinkle the rest of the sesame seeds over the top.
