You will need:-<\/strong><\/em>
\n175g\/6oz plain chocolate (at least 70 percent cocoa solids)
\n175g\/6oz organic salted butter
\n3 large free-range eggs
\n225g\/8oz caster sugar
\n\u00bd tsp vanilla extract
\n115g\/4oz self-raising flour
\n50g\/2oz chopped hazelnuts
\n50g\/2oz dried cranberries<\/p>\n

\nHow to make Chunky Chocolate Brownies<\/strong><\/em>
\npreheat your ElectricKit Aga oven to 180\u00baC\/350\u00baF\/Gas Mark 4.
\nIf using an Aga, first, line the small roasting tin with Bake-o-Glide.
\nPut chocolate and butter in a bowl on the back of the Aga to melt gently.
\nMix together the eggs, sugar and vanilla and stir into the chocolate and butter when melted.
\nThen beat in the flour and add nuts and cranberries.
\nPour into lined tin and bake on the second set of runners down from the top with the cold plain shelf beneath your bake –\u00a0Bake for 18-20 minutes until just set. Or, if using a conventional oven, bake on the middle shelf for 20-22 minutes.
\nLeave the brownies until they are cold in the tin before turning out and cutting into squares.
\nDust with icing sugar and enjoy.<\/p>\n
