Smoked Salmon Blinis<\/p>\n

ElectricKit AgaSmoked Salmon Blinis – a versatile dish which can be sweet or savoury.\u00a0 For our recipe, we have chosen Smoked Salmon with Horseradish sauce.<\/p>\n

For the blinis:<\/em>
\n115g\/4oz self-raising flour
\n2 tsp caster sugar
\n1 large free-range egg
\n110ml\/4fl oz milk<\/p>\n

For the topping:<\/em>
\nSmall handful of fresh chives
\nSmall packet of smoked salmon
\n3 tbsp of horseradish sauce
\n1 200ml tub of cr\u00e8me fraiche
\n1 lemon<\/p>\n

How to mak<\/em>e<\/strong>
\nMix the horseradish sauce and cr\u00e8me fraiche together in a bowl. Set aside in the fridge.
\nPlace a large circle of Bake-O-Glide onto the simmering plate. Turn your plate no. 5<\/strong><\/em>
\nBeat together the flour, sugar, egg and milk.
\nUsing a dessert spoon, place spoonfuls Smoked salmon and horseradish Christmas blinis of the mixture onto the Bake-O-Glide paper to cook. They will start to bubble
\nand when this happens, and they look fairly \u2018set\u2019, flip them over so that you can cook the other side.
\nIdeally serve whilst warm. Blob on
\nsome of the cr\u00e8me fraiche mixture and
\na slice of smoked salmon. Arrange some
\nof the chives to pretty it all up, and serve
