The following instructions are for a two oven renovated ElectricKit Aga – the same applies to a 4 oven renovated ElectricKit Aga<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fool Proof Yorkshire Puddings on a renovated two oven Electrikit Aga ( also applies to 4 oven models)\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

You will need:-<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

12 hole bun tin<\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

100 g \/3.5 oz plain flour<\/p>\n

1\/4 tsp salt<\/p>\n

3 large free range eggs<\/p>\n

225 ml \/8 fl oz milk<\/p>\n

4 tbsp sunflower oil<\/p>\n

Method<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Set the Roasting oven heat to 220 degrees C<\/strong><\/p>\n

Combine flour and salt in a mixing bowl<\/p>\n

Make a well in the centre of the flour and add the eggs and a portion of the milk<\/p>\n

Whisk to a smooth consistency and then slowly add the remaining milk.<\/p>\n

Transfer the mixture to a jug<\/p>\n

Drop a tsp of oil into each hole of the tray and transfer to the hot oven for 5 mins to achieve hot oil<\/p>\n

Remove from the oven and pour the batter into each hole leaving room for the mixture to rise (3\/4 full in each hole)<\/p>\n

Return the tray immediately to the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes<\/p>\n

Serve right away<\/p>\n
